Greetings from your flight crew members of SouthStar!

We hope that this finds you well and enjoying the abundance of snow this year.  If you attended the conference in 2009, you will remember that we were blessed with some snow Saturday night into Sunday morning making the drive into Voorhees a bit nerve wrecking.  We do not want to do that to you again this year!  Your safety is and has always been our first concern. 

We have been watching the weather forecasts and also the weather projections over the last two days to see what the outcome of this “winter storm” was going to bring.  It appears that it is unpredictable as to the final outcome and that snow is forecasted until Saturday morning.  With this forecast, we are going to postpone our 4^th Annual Education Conference until Saturday, March 27, 2010.

We will be working with the Office of Emergency Medical Services to make sure the 8 hours of CEUs will be transferred to March 27 and that we are able to provide the same if not similar topics that are comparable to the current agenda. 

If you are able to attend on Saturday, March 27, 2010 there is nothing that you need to do at this time.  Your reservation has been transferred to the new date.

If you are not able to attend the conference on Saturday, March 27, 2010, you may cancel your RSVP with the confirmation number that you received via e-mail when you originally registered.  Any fees that have been paid via credit card up to today will be refunded.  You must cancel your reservation in order for this to occur.  We have removed the service fee that would be applied due to the postponement of the conference.
